Corporate Banking SME - Business Analyst, Temenos T24 Transformation

About the role

The Corporate Banking SME acts as the bridge between business stakeholders, technical program teams and vendors in the T24 banking transformation program covering corporate operations, including products such as accounts, deposits, financing and payments. The role covers requirements management, target operating model, data migration, testing and change management.

Key responsibilities

• Elicit requirements from business users in workshops and turn them into specifications for vendors
• Create Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), review vendor Functional Specification Documents and obtain sign-off from impacted functions
• Manage scope by checking requests against program scope and goals
• Perform gap analysis between out-of-the-box Transact features and bank requirements, act as single point of contact for vendor queries and validate deliverables
• Map, align and define rules for the To-Be processes, data validation and accounting rules
• Map legacy Transact data to the new Temenos modules, define cleansing rules, coordinate data cleansing and reconcile balances after migration
• Support test case design, lead business users through UAT, help triage defects and negotiate workarounds with business users
• Assess the impact of changes on branch and back-office operations, develop user manuals, FAQs and SOPs, support training content and take part in vendor Train-the-Trainer sessions

Required profile

• Minimum 7-10 years of proven experience in large-scale Temenos core banking transformation programs as a client-facing business analyst or SME
• Minimum 7-10 years of experience in Middle East corporate Islamic banking covering accounts, deposits, financing and payments
• Certified Temenos consultant with minimum 5 years of experience in Islamic AA and Payment Hub implementations
