Corporate Performance Officer

About the role

The Corporate Performance Officer will translate MCQ’s strategic objectives into measurable outcomes. You will define, track and analyse key performance indicators, provide actionable insights to senior leadership and ensure the organisation stays on course to achieve its goals.

Key responsibilities

• Support continuous improvement of corporate performance management frameworks aligned with global best practices.
• Monitor and report on MCQ’s performance governance models and ensure alignment with the corporate strategy.
• Track the portfolio of programs and projects, confirming they meet strategic objectives and performance targets.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports that visualise KPIs at project and corporate levels.
• Analyse performance data to identify gaps, opportunities, risks and escalation points.
• Provide regular performance updates to the Head of PMO and senior leadership.
• Assist in the creation and periodic review of departmental policies, delegation of authority and SOPs.
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in performance management systems.
• Prepare consolidated performance reports and executive‑level presentations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance or a related discipline.
• Minimum five years of experience in corporate performance reporting or a similar analytical role.
• Proven ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and deliver high‑quality analytical insights.
• Strong command of English; Arabic fluency is a plus.
