Country Manager – Cybersecurity (Qatar & Kuwait)

About the role

We are partnering with a global cybersecurity leader to appoint a Country Manager responsible for expanding the business across Qatar and Kuwait. You will drive enterprise sales, build strategic relationships, and represent a cutting‑edge cybersecurity portfolio to both public and private sector clients.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, acquire, and grow new enterprise customers in Qatar and Kuwait.
• Develop deep knowledge of the cybersecurity product suite to craft differentiated solutions.
• Stay informed on industry trends and emerging threats.
• Forecast sales, track progress, and report monthly using CRM tools.
• Monitor customer invoicing and ensure timely payments.
• Support marketing initiatives and represent the company at industry events.
• Design and execute sales plans following approved methodologies.
• Lead tender processes and manage procurement opportunities.
• Maintain strong relationships with internal teams, executives, and cross‑functional partners.

Required profile

• Proven experience selling cybersecurity services or solutions.
• Extensive network of contacts in both B2C and B2G markets across Qatar and Kuwait.
• Fluent Arabic speaker with strong English communication skills.
• Deep understanding of enterprise sales cycles and account management.
• Ability to build and nurture client relationships and collaborate across teams.
