Customer Service Clerk

About the role

Madre Integrated Engineering is hiring a Customer Service Clerk in Doha. The role covers issuing materials against approved requisitions, processing material requests, keeping inventory records and supporting warehouse and logistics operations.

Key responsibilities

• Issue materials against approved requisitions and receive, verify and process material requests and related documentation.
• Maintain inventory records, stock movement logs, material issue registers and update ERP or warehouse management systems.
• Prepare delivery notes, issue vouchers, receipts and other warehouse documents, and coordinate with warehouse staff for timely issuance.
• Answer customer and internal department enquiries about material availability and status, and ensure documentation is complete, accurate and properly filed.
• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly inventory and transaction reports, and assist with stock verification, inventory audits and reconciliation.
• Provide administrative and clerical support to warehouse and logistics operations, and comply with company procedures, client requirements and HSE policies.

Required profile

• Minimum 2-5 years of experience in customer service, warehouse administration, inventory control or clerical support.
• Diploma or equivalent in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain or a related field.
• Experience issuing materials, maintaining inventory records and processing warehouse documentation.
• Good command of written and spoken English.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and ERP/warehouse management systems.
• Strong data entry and record-keeping skills with high accuracy.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills, and ability to prepare reports.
