Customer Service Scheduler

About the role

The Customer Service Scheduler coordinates, schedules and manages customer service appointments, work orders and service requests at Al Udeid Air Base, ensuring efficient operations and high customer satisfaction. The role acts as the main point of contact between customers, service teams and management, keeping schedules accurate and resources well allocated in a fast-paced, mission-critical environment.

Key responsibilities

• Schedule, coordinate and track customer service appointments, work orders and service requests.
• Act as the main contact for customers on scheduling inquiries, changes and updates.
• Maintain accurate scheduling records and documentation in designated systems and databases.
• Communicate daily schedules, changes and priorities to service personnel and supervisors.
• Monitor workload and adjust schedules for urgent requests, operational changes or mission requirements.
• Ensure compliance with base policies, security procedures and contractual requirements.
• Resolve scheduling conflicts and address customer concerns professionally.
• Generate reports on service schedules, productivity and customer service metrics as required.
• Coordinate with multiple departments for timely service delivery and recommend improvements to scheduling processes.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred.
• 1-2 years of experience in customer service, scheduling, dispatching or administrative support.
• Valid U.S. driver's license; U.S. passport preferred.
• Able to obtain and maintain a valid residency visa for Qatar.
• Able to work in extreme conditions including dust and high temperatures, and to endure long hours and exposure to weather and hazardous conditions.
• Must hold and maintain a DoD Secret clearance.
• Must meet USCENTCOM deployment policy requirements and travel 100% in the deployed location.
