Customer Services Agent – Italian Speaker

About the role

The Doha Contact Centre is looking for a motivated, customer‑oriented individual to join its 5‑star team. As a Customer Services Agent you will support German, Spanish, Italian and English speaking passengers of Qatar Airways through phone, email and web chat.

Key responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls and respond to customer queries professionally.
• Sell, up‑sell and cross‑sell Qatar Airways products and services.
• Create new reservations, modify existing bookings and issue tickets.
• Provide accurate fare quotes and apply rules of carriage.
• Handle multi‑product inquiries, support e‑commerce, trade and frequent‑flyer programmes.
• Process ticket refunds and escalate complex issues to senior staff.

Required profile

• High school qualification with at least 1 year of customer‑service experience.
• Fluency in Italian; good command of German, Spanish and English is a plus.
• Strong communication skills and good typing speed.
• Computer literate and able to work in a fast‑paced call‑center environment.

Required skills

• Experience with a GDS, preferably Amadeus.
• Basic knowledge of IATA or airline tariff rules (optional).
