Cybersecurity Training & Awareness Specialist / Lead

About the role

The organization is seeking a seasoned professional to lead the design, delivery, and continuous improvement of cybersecurity training and awareness programs. This role will bridge technical security expertise with effective education strategies for employees across all levels.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deliver comprehensive cybersecurity training programs.
• Create, update, and maintain security awareness and educational content.
• Assess training needs and evaluate the current security awareness level of the organization.
• Develop customized training curricula tailored to specific roles and departments.
• Review and refresh programs based on feedback, emerging threats, and business requirements.
• Develop realistic simulation scenarios and practical exercises.
• Conduct research on emerging threats, vulnerabilities, and security technologies.
• Monitor, analyze, and report on training effectiveness and development metrics.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
• 5‑10 years of experience in the cybersecurity domain.
• Proficiency in English and Arabic.
• Mandatory certifications such as CompTIA Security+, GIAC Security Essentials (GSEC), Cisco CCNA, CompTIA CySA+, CHFI, CompTIA PenTest+, CEH, CPENT, GCIH, GPEN, OSCP, CISA, CISM, and CISSP.
