Digital and Social Media Manager

About the role

The Digital and Social Media Manager plans, develops, implements and manages strategies for the company's social media accounts so that they align with business goals and current benchmark trends. The role defines how well the brand can present itself online, increases brand awareness, improves marketing efforts and ensures that specific objectives and ROI are reported.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, implement and manage the social media strategy, define and track key KPIs, manage content and evaluate campaign success.
• Stay up to date on social media best practices and technology trends.
• Collaborate with copywriters and designers, and coordinate with the marketing team, tenants and vendors.
• Communicate with industry professionals and influencers to build a strong network.
• Monitor SEO and user engagement and recommend content optimisation.
• Set up and monitor information flow within the CRM and other business-critical systems.
• Manage the loyalty program, including budget, systems, operations and reporting, and maintain partner relationships for its delivery.
• Oversee the technical aspects of existing systems, websites, microsites and mobile apps, guide team members and supervise system modifications.

Required profile

• In-depth understanding of digital marketing strategies, social media platforms and online advertising.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage online communities and respond to customer feedback.

Required skills

• Social media analytics tools to track engagement, reach and conversions.
• Content creation and copywriting, including text, images and video.
• SEO principles and best practices.
• ERP knowledge; SAP functional skills are required.
