IT Transformation Program Manager

About the role

Vodafone Hungary is seeking an experienced IT Transformation Program Manager to lead complex, customer‑facing telecom projects in Doha. You will be responsible for delivering programs on time, within budget, and to high quality standards while managing stakeholder expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute and monitor programs, ensuring cost, quality and customer satisfaction targets are met.
• Establish governance mechanisms, track progress and report status to stakeholders.
• Manage scope, resources, risks and issues, applying change control processes.
• Lead vendor and partner relationships, aligning external suppliers with project objectives.
• Identify and realise benefits, optimise processes and drive value for the organisation.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in IT (master’s degree is a plus).
• 10‑15 years of experience in IT transformations within the telecom sector.
• 5+ years of project management experience, including 3‑5 years delivering large, integrated systems.
• Proven experience in partner/vendor management, outsourcing and in‑sourcing.
