Digital Marketing Coordinator

About the role

The Digital Marketing Coordinator will support the marketing team by managing our digital presence, including social media channels and the e‑commerce backend. The role focuses on enhancing brand visibility, improving customer experience, and driving business growth through consistent online activities.

Key responsibilities

• Manage social media accounts: create posts, schedule content, and engage with followers.
• Respond to customer inquiries across all digital platforms.
• Upload and maintain product listings on WooCommerce, including descriptions, images, pricing, and stock.
• Apply basic SEO and keyword optimization to improve online visibility.
• Support marketing campaigns and promotions both online and offline.
• Ensure brand consistency across all digital touchpoints.
• Create simple graphics using Canva as needed.
• Monitor and report on sales, traffic, and engagement metrics.
• Track market trends, competitor activities, and consumer preferences in the consumer electronics sector.
• Coordinate with operations, sales, design, and external vendors for website support.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Digital Marketing.
• Fluent Arabic speaker.
• At least 1 year of experience in marketing, social media management, and e‑commerce operations.
• Experience in the consumer electronics industry is a plus.
• Relevant certifications in Digital Marketing, Social Media Management, or E‑commerce are advantageous.
