Digital Office Manager

About the role

The Digital Office Manager will lead QAFCO’s digital transformation, reporting directly to the CTO and working closely with business stakeholders. You will be responsible for turning innovative ideas into practical solutions that enhance operational efficiency across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Interpret the digital strategy and identify innovative solutions to support its implementation.
• Define and drive QAFCO’s digital vision, maintaining the roadmap for all digital initiatives.
• Identify and develop digital business opportunities across the value chain based on strategic and operational challenges.
• Create and manage an integrated digital budget and spend plan aligned with strategic objectives.
• Collaborate with functional owners to ensure cohesive integration of digital solutions and realize synergies.
• Monitor digital ROI and ensure investments deliver measurable business outcomes.
• Establish a Center of Excellence to build digital expertise and support evolving technology needs.
• Oversee the full lifecycle of digital use cases, from design and prototyping to large‑scale roll‑out.
• Develop and maintain sustainable partnerships with local and global innovation ecosystems.
• Act as the single point of contact for digital initiatives across the organization.
