About the role
The Direct Sales Agent will acquire new customers through meetings, cold calling and networking, using a consultative sales approach to assess financial needs.
Key responsibilities
- Generate high volume of referrals and establish new customer accounts.
- Process applications, ensuring customers understand product features, fees, terms and conditions.
- Handle inbound sales leads with a high close rate.
- Consistently exceed individual sales targets while complying with company policies.
- Provide customer service for card payments, reward points, limit upgrades and dispute resolution.
- Process supplementary credit card applications on behalf of principal card holders.
- Build a sales pipeline through presentations, proposals and promotions.
Required profile
- Minimum 2 years of outdoor sales experience in Qatar, preferably in banking, insurance or financial services.
- Strong consultative selling skills and ability to assess customer financial viability.
