About the role

As the Director of Finance for a premier luxury hotel, you will lead all financial functions, ensuring the property operates profitably while delivering the exceptional guest experiences that define the brand.

Key responsibilities

• Drive financial strategy and align operations with the hotel’s strategic goals.
• Direct financial planning, annual budgeting, forecasting and analysis.
• Serve as the primary financial advisor to hotel leadership, ownership and department heads.
• Ensure compliance with GAAP and implement strong internal controls to protect assets.
• Oversee financial reporting systems to guarantee accuracy, efficiency and transparency.
• Monitor and approve all financial transactions, including sales, purchases, payroll and expenses.
• Build and retain a high‑performing finance team through performance management and development initiatives.
