Director of Investor Relations

About the role

Bridge Holding is looking for a seasoned Director of Investor Relations to shape and execute its LP fundraising strategy. You will act as the senior liaison between the firm’s investment leadership and its limited partner base, driving capital‑raising initiatives and strengthening institutional relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and lead the LP fundraising strategy, targeting sovereign wealth funds, pensions, family offices, and funds of funds.
• Plan and execute investor roadshows, fundraising meetings, and due‑diligence sessions.
• Oversee creation of investor materials such as pitchbooks, private placement memoranda, DDQs, and data‑room content.
• Lead investor communications, including quarterly updates, annual reports, and material fund notices.
• Manage fund performance reporting (IRR, MOIC, DPI, RVPI, TVPI) and capital‑account communications (calls, distributions, fees, carried interest).
• Direct investor due‑diligence and ensure compliance with LPAs, side letters, and regulatory requirements.
• Build and mentor the Investor Relations team, setting clear accountabilities and performance standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA, CFA, CA, or CPA preferred.
• 12–15 years of experience in investor relations, private‑equity fundraising, or institutional capital raising.
• 5–7+ years in a senior leadership role managing LP engagement, roadshows, or investor reporting.
• Strong knowledge of private‑equity fund structures, economics, fees, carried interest, hurdle rates, and waterfalls.
• Executive‑level communication skills with confidence presenting to sophisticated institutional investors.
