About the role
The E-Commerce Associate will manage online product listings, ensure accurate descriptions, pricing, and images, and handle daily order processing for Thabt, an automotive accessories brand in Qatar.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain and update product listings across e‑commerce platforms.
- Process orders daily and coordinate fulfillment with warehouse or store teams.
- Monitor inventory levels to prevent stock issues.
- Respond to customer inquiries via online channels and track feedback.
- Support online promotions, campaigns, and social media activities.
- Generate basic sales and performance reports.
Required profile
- Experience with e‑commerce platforms and online marketplaces.
- Basic knowledge of digital marketing, online promotions, and SEO for product pages.
- Strong organizational and time‑management abilities.
- Clear written and verbal communication in English; Arabic is a plus.
- Ability to work on‑site in Qatar and collaborate with cross‑functional teams.
