Electrical Construction Supervisor – Offshore Brownfield Projects

About the role

Brunel is seeking an experienced Electrical Construction Supervisor to lead offshore brownfield, shutdown and hook‑up activities. You will represent the company on site, ensuring safety, quality and project objectives are met throughout the execution phase.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate offshore brownfield, shutdown and hook‑up execution, commissioning and mechanical completion, ensuring compliance with contractual requirements, international standards and Qatar Energy rules.
• Supervise and control contractor/sub‑contractor activities, review progress reports, and highlight critical issues or deviations.
• Lead PTW meetings, enforce method statements and JSA approvals, and drive safety culture on marine units.
• Participate in REX and lessons‑learned sessions to continuously improve offshore execution practices.

Required profile

• High national diploma in Electrical engineering.
• Minimum 8 years of experience on large oil & gas construction projects, including brownfield execution, hook‑up and commissioning.
• Proven experience working with offshore facilities, LNG and sour‑gas environments.
• Familiarity with design standards, specifications, codes and safety criteria for major fabrication and transport.
