Electrical Engineer – Solar Projects

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Engineer to lead the design, supervision, and execution of solar electrical projects. The role involves ensuring that all installations meet safety standards and are completed on time and within quality expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Design, supervise, and execute solar electrical projects.
• Monitor installation activities and enforce safety compliance.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, and internal project teams.
• Conduct inspections, troubleshoot issues, and perform maintenance.
• Ensure project delivery according to schedule and quality standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering.
• Valid MMUP/UPDA Grade A, B, or C.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in electrical and solar projects.
• Strong knowledge of Solar PV systems, electrical panels, inverters, and power distribution.
• Experience in project execution, site supervision, testing, and commissioning.
• Ability to prepare technical reports, drawings, and project documentation.
• Familiarity with Qatar standards and regulations.
• Excellent communication and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage timelines efficiently.
