ELP & Repairs Demand Management Manager

About the role

The ELP & Repairs Demand Management Manager reports to the Qatar Head of Supply Chain for the Supply Services Operations Service. The post holder is responsible for meeting agreed KPIs and availability outputs on a daily basis for all ML2 and ML4 assets on base through the Depth Bays, and for leading the ELP Repairs management team to deliver the contract.

Key responsibilities

• Review the as-designed MPol and suggest amendments based on customer requirements and value for money, involving supplier negotiations and engineering changes.
• Maintain supply chain data quality, manage the movement and quality assurance of assets through the ELP, including Part M inspection and resolution of quarantined items.
• Coordinate and control customer upgrade assets in line with agreed modification plans and customer constraints.
• Build strong working relationships with on-base depth bays, the ML4 order book service manager, the IMS Business Support manager, the CAMO Data Integrity Manager and the customer organisation.
• Set targets aligned with contractual and business requirements, monitor progress, identify trends affecting continuing airworthiness or KPIs, and escalate issues.
• Ensure all repair activities and transactions are documented on the relevant IT systems, and manage reviews, deputation and performance of the team.
• Manage budgets, project risks and opportunities (including warranties), and deliver monthly ELP Repairs reports to senior management.
• Support supply chain sourcing decisions, manage end-to-end supply chain activities and liaise with inventory planning, procurement, engineering, finance and line/bay maintenance.
• Ensure compliance with customer CAME/145 MOE procedures, Part M and the Part 145 Maintenance Governance and Assurance framework, and support audits and regulatory requirements such as ITAR/WOME.
• Provide leadership and direction to the ELP Repairs management team, ensuring it is motivated, trained and competent, and that safe working conditions are in place.
