Engineering Associate - Plumber

About the role

Join Rosewood Doha’s engineering team as an Engineering Associate – Plumber, responsible for installing, maintaining and repairing plumbing systems across the luxury hotel and residential complex.

Key responsibilities

• Install, repair and maintain plumbing fixtures, water heaters, pumps, pressure regulators and water‑supply lines in guest rooms, public areas and service zones.
• Conduct routine maintenance of fountains, water features and tank systems, ensuring proper filtration, chemical treatment and disinfection.
• Diagnose plumbing issues, troubleshoot drainage and sewage systems, and perform timely repairs to prevent leaks and blockages.
• Monitor water quality, implement conservation solutions and ensure compliance with local building codes, health and safety regulations.
• Maintain detailed records of all repairs, installations and maintenance activities, and communicate status to the Engineering Supervisor.

Required profile

• Knowledge of local building codes, safety standards and environmental regulations related to plumbing systems.
• Ability to work independently, follow PPE protocols and respond promptly to emergency service orders.
• Strong attention to detail, with a commitment to maintaining clean and safe work areas.
