Enterprise Automation Consultant

About the role

The Enterprise Automation Consultant will manage and support SharePoint and K2 platforms, ensuring system stability, performance, and secure user access. The role involves collaborating with cross‑functional teams to design, deploy, and maintain automation solutions that integrate with ERP, HRMS, and other enterprise applications.

Key responsibilities

• Administer SharePoint sites, permissions, content libraries, and K2 environment configurations.
• Deploy and maintain Servicesflow solutions, optimize cloud resource utilization, and support capacity planning.
• Participate in project delivery, production support, system upgrades, migrations, and Agile ceremonies.
• Implement security protocols, backup/recovery routines, and conduct regular system audits.
• Provide technical support and training to end‑users, and generate performance reports for management.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering or related field.
• 12+ years of experience in enterprise application development, business process automation, and digital transformation.
• Proven track record managing SharePoint and K2 platforms, with strong business analysis and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working within Agile and DevOps delivery models.

• React, TypeScript, JavaScript, Power Apps, Power Automate, Microsoft Graph API, PowerShell.
• Hybrid SharePoint and Active Directory integration, ERP/Oracle/HRMS integration.
