Enterprise & Strategic Account Executive – UAE

About the role

OffSec is seeking an Enterprise & Strategic Account Executive to lead growth across the United Arab Emirates and Qatar. The role focuses on building and expanding relationships with large enterprises, government agencies and strategic accounts, positioning OffSec as the preferred partner for cybersecurity skills development.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a territory strategy targeting enterprise and strategic accounts in the UAE and Qatar.
• Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing six‑figure SaaS and training deals.
• Achieve and exceed annual recurring revenue (ARR) targets while delivering a world‑class customer experience.
• Engage C‑level executives and security leaders to promote OffSec’s cybersecurity workforce solutions.
• Collaborate with partners, channels and alliances to identify new business opportunities.
• Deliver compelling product demonstrations, sales presentations and executive briefings.
• Maintain accurate sales forecasts and robust pipeline management.
• Act as a trusted advisor, helping customers solve cybersecurity training and workforce challenges.

Required profile

• 7+ years of enterprise sales experience selling B2B SaaS, e‑learning or cybersecurity training solutions.
• 3+ years of experience selling cybersecurity solutions within the UAE or Qatar.
• Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and closing high‑value enterprise deals.
• Strong ability to navigate complex procurement processes in large enterprises and government agencies.
