ERM and BCM Advisor (Arabic)

About the role

The Ministry in Qatar is seeking an experienced ERM and BCM Advisor fluent in Arabic to lead the implementation of its Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) framework and Business Continuity Management (BCM) processes. The role involves aligning risk practices with international standards and preparing the Ministry for accreditation.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise adoption and execution of the ERM system in line with international standards and the State Audit Bureau guidance.
• Lead the Ministry’s preparation for accreditation to international ERM standards.
• Oversee the preparation of the annual risk report and related documentation.
• Develop and deliver risk‑awareness training programs for stakeholders.
• Collect, analyse and report complex risk data to support decision‑making.

Required profile

• Strong communication skills in Arabic (spoken and written) and English.
• Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple tasks and adapt to changing environments.
• Proactive business mindset with solid analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Experience in risk monitoring, scenario analysis, and key risk indicators.
