About the role
The Executive Account Manager will lead NetWitness’ commercial activities across Qatar, Bahrain and Oman. You will be the primary point of contact for enterprise, government and critical‑infrastructure customers, driving revenue growth and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute territory and account plans for Qatar, Bahrain and Oman to achieve sales targets.
- Manage and grow existing customer relationships while identifying new business opportunities across enterprise, government, financial services, energy, telecom and critical‑infrastructure sectors.
- Build strong relationships with key decision‑makers such as CISOs, CIOs, security leaders, procurement teams and executive sponsors.
- Drive the full sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure, including solution positioning, proposal development and negotiation.
- Collaborate closely with channel partners, distributors, system integrators and MSSPs to expand market coverage.
- Work with internal pre‑sales, professional services, customer success, renewals, legal, finance and leadership teams to ensure successful deal execution and delivery.
- Maintain accurate forecasting, pipeline management and CRM updates.
- Identify customer security challenges and position NetWitness solutions across threat detection, response, SIEM, NDR, endpoint and incident‑response use cases.
- Support customer retention, renewals, upsell and cross‑sell opportunities.
Required profile
- Minimum 5‑8 years of enterprise sales or account management experience, preferably in cybersecurity, software, SaaS or technology solutions.
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
- Experience selling into GCC markets, with specific knowledge of Qatar, Bahrain and Oman preferred.
- Strong understanding of cybersecurity solutions, SOC operations and managed security services.
- Ability to manage complex sales cycles and engage both technical and business stakeholders.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, presentation and relationship‑building skills.
