Executive Chef – Luxury Hospitality

About the role

We are seeking an Executive Chef to lead the culinary operations for Raffles & Fairmont Doha, delivering luxury dining experiences across all outlets and events while upholding the brand’s high standards of quality, sustainability and guest satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the overall culinary strategy for both Raffles and Fairmont properties, aligning with luxury brand standards and business objectives.
• Oversee all food and beverage outlets, banquets, in‑room dining and special events, ensuring consistency, hygiene and exceptional guest experiences.
• Develop innovative menus and concepts that enhance market positioning and drive commercial performance.
• Manage cost control, labour productivity, purchasing, inventory and waste reduction to maximise profitability.
• Lead, mentor and develop a high‑performing culinary brigade, fostering creativity, succession planning and continuous growth.

Required profile

• Extensive senior‑level culinary leadership experience in luxury hotels or high‑end resorts.
• Proven track record of managing multiple outlets, banquets and high‑volume service environments.
• Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting, forecasting, food cost and labour productivity.
• Relevant professional culinary qualification or equivalent experience.
