About the role

The Ned Doha is seeking an experienced Executive Housekeeper to lead its housekeeping team in a luxury environment that adheres to Forbes Travel Guide standards. You will ensure guests experience exceptional comfort, cleanliness, and service across all touchpoints.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, inspire and develop the housekeeping team to maintain high standards in guest rooms and public areas.
• Manage daily operations, scheduling, and performance metrics.
• Oversee inventory, budgeting and cost‑control while preserving quality.
• Collaborate with other departments to deliver a seamless guest experience.
• Drive training, engagement and continuous improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Proven senior housekeeping leadership experience in a luxury hotel.
• Strong knowledge of Forbes Travel Guide standards and luxury service expectations.
• Exceptional leadership, team development and communication abilities.
• Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to excellence.
• Proactive, hands‑on, solution‑driven approach.
