About the role
We are seeking an experienced Exhibitions Manager specializing in fine‑art logistics to lead end‑to‑end project delivery for a leading organization based in Doha. The role covers the management of exhibitions and artwork handling across Qatar, Saudi Arabia, the UAE and the wider Middle East.
Key responsibilities
- Manage end‑to‑end exhibition and fine‑art logistics projects, from planning to de‑installation.
- Prepare estimates, proposals and detailed project costings.
- Coordinate transport, warehousing, customs clearance and on‑site installation activities.
- Liaise with museums, galleries, artists, lenders and cultural institutions.
- Oversee timelines, budgets, vendor selection and operational execution.
- Ensure compliance with international museum handling standards and HSSE requirements.
- Travel regionally on short notice to supervise installations and de‑installations.
Required profile
- Proven experience in fine‑art, museum or exhibition logistics.
- Strong exposure to art exhibitions, galleries, museums or cultural institutions.
- Experience managing packing, transportation, installation and de‑installation of artworks.
- Knowledge of customs clearance, international shipping and lender requirements.
- Demonstrated project management and budgeting expertise.
- Ability to handle multiple large‑scale projects simultaneously.
- Preferred experience in the GCC/Middle East region.
- Willingness to travel across the region at short notice.
