Facilities Engineer

About the role

Loft A Studio is seeking a full‑time Facilities Engineer to join its on‑site team in Doha, Qatar. You will be responsible for overseeing the day‑to‑day operations of the facility, ensuring that all building systems run smoothly and efficiently.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, monitor, and control detailed maintenance schedules using project planning tools.
• Perform preventive maintenance and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and HVAC issues.
• Coordinate shift allocation, schedule coordination, and performance evaluation of the maintenance team.
• Ensure compliance with quality control procedures, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary stakeholders to maintain optimal facility performance.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, or a related field.
• Strong leadership and team‑management experience.
• Proven experience in large‑scale commercial or industrial facilities.
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
