Factory Manager – Irrigation & Plastic Pipe Manufacturing

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Factory Manager to lead our irrigation and plastic pipe manufacturing plant in Qatar. The role involves overseeing all production activities, ensuring efficiency, quality, and safety while meeting the company’s strategic targets.

Key responsibilities

• Direct daily factory operations, including machinery, workforce, and production lines.
• Develop and execute production planning and process optimisation strategies.
• Monitor and enforce quality control standards and safety regulations.
• Manage cost control, budgets, and meet production targets and deadlines.
• Lead, coach and evaluate a multidisciplinary team to achieve high performance.
• Identify and resolve operational issues through effective problem‑solving and decision‑making.

Required profile

• Minimum 15 years of overall experience in manufacturing.
• At least 5 years in a Factory Manager or equivalent senior leadership role.
• Proven experience in irrigation pipe or plastic pipe manufacturing.
• Strong leadership, team management and decision‑making abilities.
• Valid QID and NOC.
