Fashion Sales Associate

About the role

The Fashion Sales Associate will be the front‑line ambassador of Majid Al Futtaim’s retail stores, delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales in a dynamic fashion environment.

Key responsibilities

• Champion customer service standards in line with Majid Al Futtaim guidelines.
• Address and resolve customer concerns promptly, escalating to the Store Manager when needed.
• Achieve and exceed set sales targets through creative selling, up‑selling and cross‑selling.
• Maintain thorough product knowledge to guide customers and recommend merchandise from other Majid Al Futtaim fashion brands.
• Support store upkeep, including cleanliness, tidiness and stock replenishment.
• Comply with store security policies to minimise stock loss.

Required profile

• High School Certificate.
• 1‑2 years of experience in retail or fashion sales.
• Strong communication skills and a passion for delivering excellent customer service.
