F&B Marketing Executive

About the role

The Food & Beverage Marketing Executive drives the promotion of a hotel's restaurants, bars, lounges, in‑room dining and special culinary experiences. Working closely with the Director of Marketing, Food & Beverage leadership and the Executive Chef, the role creates innovative campaigns that boost brand awareness, guest engagement and revenue.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute marketing campaigns for all F&B outlets, including seasonal promotions, themed events and product launches.
• Coordinate with culinary and operations teams to ensure promotions align with guest experience and operational capacity.
• Identify and secure new business opportunities, partnerships and promotional initiatives to increase outlet visibility.
• Manage the creation and distribution of marketing collateral across digital and traditional channels.
• Monitor campaign performance, analyze results and recommend optimisation strategies.
• Support the achievement of revenue, cover and profitability targets through targeted marketing actions.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Marketing, Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Communications or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in marketing, preferably within a luxury hotel or premium dining environment.
• Strong understanding of food & beverage trends, consumer behaviour and social media marketing.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Creative, commercially minded and detail‑oriented with strong organisational abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience using major social media platforms for marketing purposes.
