F&B Project Officer – Product Development & Design

About the role

Qatar Airways is seeking an F&B Project Officer to support the Product Development and Design division within its Catering Services team. The role will help plan, coordinate and monitor catering projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope and to the highest quality standards for the airline’s onboard wine and spirits programme.

Key responsibilities

• Support end‑to‑end execution of catering projects from initiation through closure, adhering to approved plans and governance.
• Coordinate cross‑functional activities, manage task dependencies and track project milestones, deliverables, risks and issues.
• Maintain project documentation such as schedules, risk logs, action trackers and status reports.
• Prepare dashboards, project updates and executive summaries for leadership and key stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with project governance frameworks, internal policies and PMO standards.
• Identify process‑improvement opportunities and support implementation of service‑enhancement initiatives.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope and deliverables aligned with business objectives.

Required profile

• High School or vocational qualification, or a Bachelor’s degree.
• Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in project coordination or food‑and‑beverage catering environments.
• Strong stakeholder collaboration, reporting and risk‑management capabilities.
