F&B Runner – Luxury Hotel & Private Club

About the role

We are seeking an energetic Food & Beverage Runner to support the service team at The Ned Doha’s private members’ club. The role involves delivering dishes and drinks quickly and accurately, ensuring a seamless dining experience for our guests in a luxury hotel environment.

Key responsibilities

• Transport food and beverages from the kitchen to guest tables promptly.
• Assist the service team in maintaining smooth operations during service periods.
• Communicate clearly with chefs and front‑of‑house staff to coordinate orders.
• Ensure each order meets presentation standards before delivery.
• Keep service stations clean, organized, and fully stocked.
• Uphold The Ned Doha’s high standards of hospitality and guest service.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a similar role within a luxury hotel or high‑end restaurant is preferred.
• Positive attitude with a genuine passion for hospitality.
• Strong teamwork and communication abilities.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment.
• Professional appearance and guest‑first mindset.
• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
