About the role
Join the Le Méridien team in Doha as a Guest Service Expert in the Club Lounge, delivering memorable food and beverage experiences for guests. You will be responsible for setting tables, communicating with the kitchen, serving guests, and maintaining a clean work area.
Key responsibilities
- Set up and clear tables, ensuring a welcoming environment.
- Interact with guests, take orders, and serve food and beverages.
- Communicate effectively with kitchen staff to coordinate service.
- Maintain cleanliness of the service area and supplies.
- Perform physical tasks such as lifting up to 25 lb unassisted and 50 lb with assistance.
Required profile
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
- Less than 1 year of related food and beverage experience.
- No supervisory experience required.
Required skills
- Ability to work on feet for extended periods and navigate uneven surfaces.
- Basic reading and visual verification of menu information.
