F&B Service Expert

About the role

Our Guest Service Experts create memorable dining experiences by delivering attentive food and beverage service. You will work closely with the kitchen and guests, ensuring every meal is enjoyed from start to finish while upholding safety, quality, and professional standards.

Key responsibilities

• Set and arrange tables with proper linens, utensils, and glassware for each service period.
• Communicate guest orders, special dietary requests, and any modifications accurately to the kitchen staff.
• Take orders, serve food and beverages, and promptly address guest inquiries or concerns.
• Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, service stations, and equipment throughout the shift.
• Handle cash and credit transactions using the point‑of‑sale system, ensuring accurate billing.
• Assist with inventory checks, restocking of service items, and reporting of any shortages.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent (G.E.D.).
• Less than one year of related food and beverage service experience.
• No supervisory experience required.
• Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 25 lb unassisted and 50 lb with assistance.
• Read and verify menu information accurately.
