About the role
Join Marriott International as an F&B Service Expert (Outlet Captain) in Doha, Qatar. You will help create memorable dining experiences by delivering attentive service, coordinating with the kitchen, and maintaining a clean and safe environment for guests.
Key responsibilities
- Set up and clear tables, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for guests.
- Communicate orders and special requests between guests and the kitchen.
- Serve food and beverages promptly while attending to guest needs.
- Maintain cleanliness of work areas, equipment, and supplies.
- Perform physical tasks such as lifting up to 25 lb unassisted and up to 50 lb with assistance.
Required profile
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
- Less than 2 years of related food and beverage service experience.
- No prior supervisory experience required.
- No specific license or certification needed.
