F&B Service Expert – Waiter/Waitress

About the role
The Guest Service Expert creates memorable dining experiences for guests by delivering attentive food and beverage service. Working in a dynamic hotel environment, you will interact directly with guests, coordinate with the kitchen, and maintain a clean and welcoming dining area.
Key responsibilities
- Set and arrange tables, chairs, and dining accessories according to hotel standards.
- Communicate guest orders accurately to the kitchen and ensure timely delivery.
- Serve food and beverages, respond to guest requests, and process transactions.
- Maintain cleanliness of work areas, replenish supplies, and adhere to hygiene protocols.
- Follow safety procedures, handle objects up to 25 lb unaided and up to 50 lb with assistance, and navigate varied floor surfaces safely.
Required profile
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
- Less than one year of related food and beverage service experience.
- No supervisory experience required.
- No specific license or certification required.
