About the role

The Food & Beverage Team Leader will supervise daily operations within the F&B department of a Tivoli hotel, ensuring high‑quality service and guest satisfaction across dining areas and event spaces. The role involves coordinating staff, maintaining standards, and supporting smooth workflow during each shift.

Key responsibilities

  • Oversee and support food & beverage staff during shifts.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
  • Maintain high service quality and guest satisfaction.
  • Assist with inventory control, ordering, and stock management.
  • Train, mentor, and onboard new team members.
  • Handle guest feedback and resolve service issues promptly.

Required profile

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in food & beverage service, with some leadership responsibilities.
  • High school diploma; hospitality training preferred.
  • Strong communication and team‑management abilities.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Required skills

  • Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
  • Basic inventory and stock management skills.
