Female Food Runner

About the role

Madre Integrated Engineering is looking for a professional and energetic female food runner to support smooth food and beverage operations in Doha. The role ensures that orders are delivered accurately and promptly from the kitchen to guests, in a fast-paced hospitality setting. Filipino candidates are preferred.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver food orders from the kitchen to guest tables quickly and accurately.
• Verify orders, table numbers and presentation before serving.
• Coordinate closely with kitchen and service teams for smooth operations.
• Assist waiters and waitresses with table service and guest requests when required.
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of service stations and dining areas.
• Follow proper food handling, hygiene and safety standards.
• Maintain professional and courteous interaction with guests.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of experience, preferably in a 4 or 5-star hotel or established restaurant.
• Previous experience in food running, F&B service or similar hospitality roles.
• Good English communication and customer service skills.
• Good grooming, personal hygiene and professional appearance.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and stay physically active throughout the shift.
• Valid Food Handler certificate preferred; valid Qatar ID and immediate availability preferred.
