FHE Superintendent (Fuels Program Manager)

About the role

The FHE Superintendent leads the site’s Fuels program, ensuring compliance with the Performance Work Statement (PWS) and USAF requirements. Working closely with the Fuels Functional Manager, the role drives operational efficiency, quality management, and customer satisfaction across all fuel‑related activities.

Key responsibilities

• Provide leadership and supervision to all Fuels personnel, setting work priorities and coordinating support with other functional areas.
• Develop, implement, and monitor Fuels reconstitution goals, scheduled inspections, and asset status reporting.
• Compile and submit reports on inventory, reconstitution, storage, and asset deficiencies; generate Product Quality Deficiency Reports as needed.
• Participate in Quality Corrective Action Working Groups to address audit findings and update the ISO‑9001 QMS.
• Ensure accurate timesheets, approve overtime, and verify technical inspections before shipping Fuels assets.
• Conduct employee performance evaluations and maintain training records to meet task requirements.
• Track parts and material requirements, manage bulk fuel usage for generators/vehicles, and approve monthly fuel receipts.
• Perform other duties, including TDY travel, as directed by management.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least five years of supervisory experience equivalent to USAF or US Service fuel operations.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret US Government Clearance (US citizenship required).
• Valid home‑country driver’s license and ability to obtain a host‑nation driver’s license.
• Willingness to work in office, warehouse, and outdoor environments, wearing required PPE.
