FHE Superintendent

About the role

The FHE Superintendent leads the site’s Fuels program, ensuring compliance with the Performance Work Statement (PWS) and USAF requirements while driving operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Provide leadership and supervision to all Fuels personnel and assign work priorities.
• Coordinate Fuels support with management and other functional areas.
• Implement reconstitution goals, schedule inspections, and compile status, inventory, and storage reports.
• Identify asset deficiencies, submit Product Quality Deficiency Reports, and participate in corrective action working groups.
• Submit periodic maintenance, reconstitution, and man‑hour data as required.
• Validate timesheets, approve overtime, and ensure technical inspections meet all data and work instructions before shipping assets.
• Conduct employee performance evaluations and maintain training records.
• Review parts and material requirements, track timely receipt, and account for bulk fuel usage.
• Review, validate, and approve monthly USG fuel receipts.
• Perform additional duties, including TDY travel, in an office, shop, or outdoor environment.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least five years of USAF or US Service equivalent supervisory experience in Fuels operations.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret US Government Clearance (US citizenship required).
• Valid home‑country driver’s license and ability to obtain a host‑nation license.
• Willingness to work in noisy environments and wear required PPE.

Required skills

• Proficiency with personal computers and Windows Operating System.
• Advanced use of Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
