Finance Manager – Field Operations

About the role

Qatar Charity is seeking a highly qualified Finance Manager to support its international field operations. The successful candidate will be assigned to one of the organization’s field offices worldwide and will play a pivotal role in ensuring sound financial management, effective control, and compliance with both organizational policies and local regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare, monitor, and manage annual budgets for field offices.
• Conduct financial analysis to support strategic decision‑making.
• Ensure compliance with internal financial policies and external regulatory requirements.
• Oversee financial reporting, cash flow management, and asset safeguarding.
• Coordinate with program teams to align financial resources with project objectives.
• Provide training and guidance to local finance staff on best practices.

Required profile

• Relevant university degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Proven experience in financial management within humanitarian or development contexts.
• Strong understanding of budgeting, financial reporting, and compliance standards.
• Ability to work in multicultural environments and adapt to field conditions.
