Finance Manager

About the role

The Finance Manager will lead the accounting and financial operations of the organization, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and strategic insight. This role is responsible for driving profitability through effective budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee all accounting functions, including journal entries, accruals, and provisions.
• Manage WPS payroll processing, salary entries, and related compliance.
• Perform and supervise bank reconciliations and monthly/annual financial closing.
• Handle vendor payments, invoice verification, and cash management.
• Prepare and present financial reports, budgets, and forecasts to senior management.
• Support internal and external audit processes and ensure adherence to local regulations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in accounting/finance, preferably in Qatar.
• Strong background in payroll (WPS), payments, and bank reconciliation.
• Experience with financial audits, reporting, and month‑end/year‑end closings.
• Professional certification such as ACCA, CPA, or CMA is a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency with ERP systems – Oracle, SAP or similar.
• Hands‑on experience with WPS payroll processing.
• Bank reconciliation and financial reporting expertise.
• Knowledge of audit procedures and regulatory compliance.
