Finance Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Finance Manager to lead the finance function for a well‑established group operating in agriculture, landscaping, and flower businesses across the Middle East. Reporting to the CFO, you will ensure robust financial governance, accurate reporting, and strategic support for business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Take full ownership of finance operations, including receivables, payables, cash‑flow management and credit control.
• Oversee period‑end closings, fixed‑asset accounting, and maintain a reliable general ledger.
• Produce high‑quality financial statements, balance sheets, and cash‑flow analyses in compliance with local and international standards.
• Lead budgeting, rolling forecasts, and performance tracking against KPIs, providing actionable insights to senior leadership.
• Manage external audit relationships, audit planning and execution.
• Design and strengthen internal controls, ensure regulatory compliance, and implement audit recommendations.
• Identify cost‑saving opportunities and drive efficiency initiatives across operations.
• Lead, coach and develop the finance team, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years of progressive finance experience, preferably in agriculture, landscaping or related sectors.
• Proven track record in managing full‑cycle finance, reporting, budgeting and audit processes.
• Strong leadership and people‑management skills.
• Excellent analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into strategic recommendations.
