Financial Analyst – FI Cross‑Sell Activation

About the role

The Financial Analyst will support FI Cross‑Sell Activation initiatives across Turkey and Egypt, analysing client portfolios to uncover cross‑sell opportunities and driving implementation of operating model, onboarding, product and monitoring enhancements. The role also contributes to building scalable capabilities that increase penetration of Lending, GTB, Cash Management and Global Markets solutions within existing and prospective FI clients.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse FI portfolios to identify cross‑sell opportunities, assess product utilisation and wallet‑share gaps, and support business case development.
• Gather and document business requirements across Coverage, GTB, Global Markets, Lending and Operations, and assist in designing target operating models and client engagement frameworks.
• Map end‑to‑end onboarding, fulfillment and monitoring processes, identify efficiency improvements, and support automation initiatives.
• Support FI lending appetite, product enhancement and risk alignment initiatives, defining requirements for new capabilities.
• Act as liaison between business, operations, product, risk and technology teams, providing governance reporting, KPI tracking and monitoring implementation progress.

Required profile

• 7–10 years of banking experience, preferably in Financial Institutions, GTB, Global Markets, Lending or transformation roles.
• Strong understanding of FI banking products, client lifecycle processes and multi‑product banking environments.
• Experience in process mapping, business requirements gathering and data analysis.
• Excellent analytical, stakeholder management and problem‑solving abilities.
• Based in Qatar with fluency in Arabic and English preferred.
