Fitness Coach

About the role

We are looking for a passionate Fitness Coach to lead energetic group sessions, inspire members and help them achieve their performance goals. The role combines coaching, community building and delivering a high‑energy experience at BFT West Walk.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver dynamic group fitness classes focused on strength and performance.
• Motivate participants, provide feedback and ensure a safe training environment.
• Foster a supportive community and promote the brand’s values.
• Maintain equipment, track attendance and report class metrics.

Required profile

• Degree in a related field or a recognized Personal Training certification.
• Experience in coaching or group training (preferred).
• Passion for strength and performance training.
• Strong communication skills and ability to thrive in a fast‑paced setting.
• Professionalism, emotional intelligence and a strong presence.
• Valid CPR/AED certification.
