Fitness Instructor – Group Classes

About the role

The Ritz-Carlton Doha is seeking a passionate Fitness Instructor to lead group fitness classes for guests of all ability levels. You will be part of a world‑class fitness centre within a 5‑star resort, delivering energetic and safe workouts that reflect the brand’s luxury standards.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct group classes such as aerobics, spinning, and strength training.
• Provide individualized advice on technique, posture, and exercise selection.
• Ensure a safe environment by monitoring equipment and participant safety.
• Maintain fitness equipment and keep the studio clean and organized.
• Collaborate with the spa and wellness team to align class schedules and guest experiences.

Required profile

• Demonstrated experience delivering group fitness classes.
• Excellent communication and motivational skills.
• Ability to engage participants of diverse fitness levels.
• Preferably female, in line with the specific role requirement.
• Flexibility to work varied hours, including weekends.

Required skills

• Proficiency in leading aerobics classes.

• Proficiency in leading strength‑training sessions.
