Fitness Instructor

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic, self‑motivated Fitness Instructor to join our recreation team at City Centre Rotana Doha. You will be responsible for delivering safe, professional, and engaging fitness programs for hotel guests and club members.

Key responsibilities

• Organise and supervise regular fitness activities and events to maximise member enjoyment and stay ahead of the competition.
• Develop and maintain safe, effective fitness procedures, programs and activities within the fitness centre.
• Coordinate aerobics and exercise programmes, manage studio usage and introduce new ideas to increase revenue.
• Design and supervise children’s fitness activities such as “Fit Kids”.
• Oversee cleaning and maintenance of the fitness centre, ensuring equipment is in good working order.
• Understand club facilities, membership, coaching, massage and aerobic fees, and handle guest membership applications.
• Operate the Micros computer system for billing of all services.
• Assist the Recreation Manager in achieving membership targets through the Bodylines Marketing Plan.

Required profile

• Well‑built, physically fit, trained and qualified Fitness Instructor.
• Previous experience in a hospitality environment is preferred.
• Strong command of English and ability to contribute to sales activities.
• Effective problem‑solving skills and a customer‑focused attitude.
• Computer literacy is an advantage.
