Flight Line Plans & Scheduling (MOC) – F15QA

About the role

Boeing Global Services is looking for a Flight Line Plans and Scheduling/Maintenance Controller (MOC) to support aircraft maintenance at Al Udeid Air Base, Qatar. The role drives the planning, scheduling and execution of Time Compliance Technical Orders (TCTOs), Time Change Items (TCIs) and Service Items (SIs) for assigned USAF aircraft.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage TCTOs, TCIs and SIs, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders.
• Conduct meetings with peers, production staff and retrofit teams to ensure optimal fleet health.
• Review, document and schedule aircraft 781 forms, maintaining historical records and compliance with TO series 00‑20.
• Anticipate problems, advise site managers and coordinate logistics for parts, kits, tooling and special equipment.
• Monitor sortie generation, maintenance production and fleet health indicators, communicating priorities for limited resources.
• Use fault reporting manuals and systems (AMDS, Computerized Fault Reporting System) to document discrepancies and support debriefs.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year experience with USAF aircraft records management/oversight.
• Willingness to work variable shifts, including weekends, overtime and possible rotating shifts.
• Ability to obtain a US Security Clearance.
