Food and Beverage Server

About the role

Madre Integrated Engineering is hiring a Food and Beverage Server in Doha, Qatar, on a full-time basis within the hotels and lodging sector. The role covers welcoming guests, taking orders, serving food and drinks, and handling payments.

Key responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and escort them to tables.
• Present menus, take accurate food and beverage orders and serve items promptly.
• Ensure orders are served according to company standards and guest expectations.
• Check with guests to ensure satisfaction and address requests or complaints promptly.
• Maintain the cleanliness and setup of tables, dining areas and service stations.
• Follow safe food handling, hygiene and sanitation practices.
• Process billing, handle cash and card payments and reconcile transactions.
• Support team members during peak hours to keep service flowing smoothly.
• Adhere to company grooming, service and hospitality standards and comply with all health, safety and hygiene regulations.
