Food & Beverage Counter Sales Associate

About the role
The Food & Beverage Counter Sales Associate works at the front‑of‑house counter, greeting walk‑in guests, promoting menu items and ensuring orders are prepared and delivered promptly. This role combines sales, customer service and basic cash handling in a fast‑paced hospitality environment.
Key responsibilities
- Sell displayed food items and provide product information to customers.
- Organise counter operations, maintain a clean and well‑stocked display.
- Process orders from walk‑in guests and from waitstaff, arranging them according to service standards.
- Ensure orders are completed and delivered within the designated serving timeframe.
- Handle cash transactions accurately and follow established cash‑handling procedures.
Required profile
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- At least one year of customer‑service experience, preferably with cash handling responsibilities.
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
